Need to return a product?? Not a problem. Just send back the item you don't love within 14 days of delivery.
ALL customers wishing to return their purchases must first obtain a 'Return Authorization number. A request for an RA# must be made within 15 days of order delivery and be returned to us no later than 6 days after an RA# has been issued. If a package arrives without the RA# clearly visible on the outside, it will be refused by our receiving department.
Freight charges for all non-defective returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be shipped via a prepaid traceable carrier, such as UPS or FedEx. In case of loss or damage, the customer is liable.
All returns must still have the original tag affixed as it was when shipped. It must not be worn, sized, used or altered in any way. Products showing any sign of wear cannot be returned. If they do show wear, they will be returned immediately at the customer's expense and no refund will be granted.
All returns must be in resalable condition, containing all original contents
